After the transaction and as of the date hereof, Executive Vice President & General Counsel Snorre Valdimarsson owns 67,261 share options in Scatec Solar ASA.
The reason for the sale of shares is to finance tax, repayment of debt, as well as finance the acquisition of two properties.
