Energy you can see. Impact you can own.
At Scatec, we are on a mission to bring clean and affordable energy to parts of the world where it’s needed most. We believe that as a team, we can make positive impact and help societies become cleaner and more sustainable. We do this by thinking differently. By innovating in everything we do. And by embracing change.

Procurement Specialist, based in Tunisia
“I’m really enjoying my experience at Scatec Tunisia as a Procurement Specialist so far. The team and work environment are very supportive, and I appreciate how people are empowered to perform at their best. Being part of large-scale solar projects in my country and seeing how sustainable procurement contributes to making them happen has been very rewarding.”

“Managing a portfolio of assets across Sub-Saharan Africa, I see every day how performance goes far beyond generation. Whether it’s solar PV, wind, or battery storage, it’s about ensuring each asset delivers reliably, efficiently, for the markets, economies, and communities that depend on it.
From Cape Town, I work closely with teams across markets to optimise performance, manage risk, and unlock value across very different operating environments. Each site comes with its own challenges- grid dynamics, climate conditions, regulatory frameworks – but that’s what makes the role both complex and rewarding.
What motivates me is the direct link between what we do and the impact it creates. When our assets perform well, they don’t just generate power – they support energy security, stability, growth across the region and supporting the local livelihood of the communities that we are in.
At Scatec, there’s a strong sense of ownership. You’re trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and continuously raise the standard. I bring energy to work because I know that every improvement we make strengthens the value of our portfolio and contributes to a more resilient energy future.”

“In order to build a long-term future for Scatec in Brazil, we need to build relationships of trust. That means listening, understanding, and involving them when we run projects. And when we do this right, we can improve the future,” says Social Coordinator Ledjane Oliveira.
Social Coordinators like Ledjane are Scatec’s frontline workers. They are typically the first to be hired to a renewable energy project, and early on they are responsible for mapping out the area and engaging with local stakeholders.

“What excites me about working at Scatec is being part of the financial backbone behind renewable energy projects. As a Project Finance & Investments Manager, I’m involved from early-stage development through to financial close – helping turn ideas into bankable, impactful projects.
My work spans financial modelling, risk and investment structuring, and leading complex financing processes across regions. It’s dynamic and collaborative, working closely with development teams, lenders, and advisors to ensure every project is both financially sound and strategically aligned.
I bring energy to work because I see how the numbers translate into real outcomes – projects being built, assets performing, and clean energy delivered. At Scatec, project finance isn’t just about analysis – it’s about enabling growth and building a sustainable future.!”
