Welcome to our financials page, the data is updated quarterly. Scatec reports both Consolidated and Proportionate Financials. Scatec’s opinion is that Proportionate figures more accurately reflect the earnings generated across the group.
Consolidated financials
Consolidated financials show 100% of the results from entities where Scatec has a majority share, while minority shares and joint ventures are equity consolidated. Internal transactions between Scatec entities are eliminated.
Proportionate financials
Scatec’s segments are reported on a proportionate basis which represents Scatec’s actual economic interest without eliminations. The proportionate financials were introduced to improve earnings visibility.
