Scatec ASA: Exercise of call option

Oslo, 25 August 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 25 August 2026 regarding Scatec’s issuance of new senior unsecured bonds.

Scatec will call the remaining SCATC04 bonds on 8 September 2026. Please see the attached notice from Nordic Trustee AS for further information about the call option.
