Rapidly expanding our renewables capacity with limited equity exposure through high-margin EPC and partner-based funding. Our renewable energy power plants are normally organised in single purpose vehicles and predominately financed by equity from Scatec and co-investors, representing 20–30 per cent of the investment and non-recourse project debt, representing the remaining 70–80 per cent of the total investment. A majority part of our equity need is further covered by attractive EPC-margins extracted during construction, creating a scalable capital-light model.

Scatec normally publishes its quarterly results at 07:00 am (CET). The results will be available at the company’s website and at Oslo Stock Exchange’s Newsweb. An open presentation of the results is held in Oslo the same day.
Silent periods will usually start one week after the end of each quarter Scatec does not arrange pre-close calls with analysts, holds cintinuous dialogue with all market participants. Scatec only reiterates information made publicly available in previous quarterly reports without sharing any new material information.
Analyst information
Scatec continuously updates and publishes consensus estimates on the website. The estimates are collected from sell-side analysts covering Scatec, and the consensus estimates represent the average of these individual estimates. Scatec cannot vouch for the accuracy of the estimates.
