Oslo, December 2, 2015: Scatec Solar Ansatte AS, a company owned 100% by Scatec
AS ("Scatec"), has today transferred a total of 46,710 shares in Scatec Solar
ASA ("Scatec Solar" or the "Company") to Scatec at the price NOK 41.70 per
share. This transfer does not change Scatec's direct and indirect ownership in
Scatec Solar. Scatec holds 19,482,339 shares in Scatec Solar, representing
approximately 20.8 percent of the outstanding shares in the Company.
Scatec is represented on the Board of Directors in the Company by John Andersen
(Chairman) and Alf Bjørseth.
