Reference is made to the stock exchange release made public by Scatec Solar ASA
on 24 March 2017 at 08:00, regarding completion of a private placement of
shares.
ThjømøeKranen AS, a company controlled by board member Mari Thjømøe, has
subscribed and been allocated 2 081 shares in Scatec Solar ASA, at a price per
share of NOK 40.50. After the transaction and delivery of shares in the private
placement, Mari Thjømøe, together with consolidated parties, will own 22 638
shares in Scatec Solar ASA.
Furthermore, Jan Skogseth, board member, has subscribed and been allocated
6 119 shares in Scatec Solar ASA, at a price per share of NOK 40.50. After the
transaction and delivery of shares in the private placement, Jan Skogseth,
together with consolidated parties, will own 6 119 shares in Scatec Solar ASA.
